For an internationally leading company in the packaging industry, we are looking for a communicative, structured professional with experience in internal sales. You are the central contact person for customer concerns and accompany the entire sales process from the offer to delivery. Your commitment ensures satisfied customers and smooth processes.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of customer enquiries, offers and orders
Telephone and written customer support in the B2B sector
Support of the field service in administrative processes
Maintenance of customer and article data in the ERP system
Appointment and delivery monitoring in close coordination with production and logistics
Coordination and control of warehouse management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the packaging or printing environment
Very good German skills, French and English are an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office
Precise, reliable and customer-oriented working style
