You are looking for a new challenge as a Senior System Engineer where you can apply your skills and experience. In this role, you take responsibility for the development and implementation of systems. You are responsible for planning, designing, and implementing technical solutions. With your professional level of experience, you are well equipped to analyse and optimise complex systems. You bring your expertise to develop innovative solutions and keep systems up to date.
Responsibilities:
You develop and operate high-performance IT infrastructures focusing on servers, virtualisation, storage, and Active Directory.
You modernise global datacentre environments and coordinate hardware renewals, capacity planning, and technical updates.
You analyse complex system faults in second- and third-level support and ensure the high availability of business-critical platforms.
You automate recurring administrative tasks with PowerShell and optimise security configurations, monitoring, and documentation.
You design scalable infrastructure solutions and work closely with international IT teams and external technology partners.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
You have at least seven to ten years of professional experience in IT system engineering or operations.
You have strong experience with enterprise server infrastructures, including physical servers, virtualisation platforms, and related management tools.
You possess very good knowledge of storage and SAN technologies, including operation, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
You have comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft infrastructure services.
You have experience with PowerShell scripting and automating recurring operational tasks.
