You actively shape the digital and organisational development and contribute your ideas at the interfaces of people, processes, and technology.
In this role, you create solutions with sustainable added value for customers, employees, and a modern, future-proof organisation.
You take responsibility for important projects and lead topics with structure, pragmatism, and foresight from the idea to successful implementation.
You work closely with various departments and strengthen a culture of trust, quality, personal responsibility, and collaborative partnership.
In this role, you constructively question the status quo, identify potential, and contribute to the development of innovation, efficiency, and customer proximity.
Qualifications:
You have a degree at the HF, FH, or university level in business informatics or a comparable field.
You bring solid experience in project management, solution design, and requirements engineering, ideally also in agile projects.
You have a high IT affinity and broad technical understanding, ideally in the Microsoft environment.
You hold certifications such as IPMA, IREB, CPAB, Scrum Master, Product Owner, SaFe, or ITIL.
You are communicative, work creatively and in a team-oriented manner, and are characterised by a pronounced hands-on mentality.
Very good German and English skills.
