HVAC Project Manager

Your agency LIP SUISSE SA is looking for one of its clients for a HVAC Project Manager (M/F) with recognised technical training and proven professional experience in Switzerland.

You will be responsible for the complete management of heating, ventilation and air conditioning projects, from the study phase to implementation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines and budgets.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HVAC projects from design to delivery.
• Develop and supervise technical studies, sizing and execution solutions.
• Ensure work planning as well as monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders: architects, engineers, installation companies and clients.
• Prepare and analyse tenders, bids and company offers.
• Supervise the execution of work on site and ensure compliance with Swiss standards and regulations.
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up of projects, including statements and change management.
• Guarantee effective communication with clients and partners throughout the projects.

Your profile

• Higher education in thermal engineering, energy or building technology: HES/EPF engineer, ES technician or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Proven experience in managing HVAC projects in Switzerland.
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss regulations applicable to building technical installations.
• Mastery of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations, as well as the requirements related to their design and implementation.
• Experience in project coordination, budget management and site supervision.
• Good command of IT tools and common technical software in the field.
