For our client, we are seeking an experienced and quality-conscious individual for the field of plant and apparatus construction. You will work independently on varied individual parts, prototypes, and assemblies, taking responsibility for the quality of your welding work.

Welder in Plant Construction (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Welding of individual parts, prototypes, and assemblies
• Working on components made of CrNi, aluminium, and engineering steels
• Welding using TIG and MAG processes
• Preparing, aligning, and positioning the components
• Working according to technical drawings
• Dimensional checks with calipers and weld gauges
• Independent quality control of weld joints
• Assisting in the training of apprentices

Your Profile

• Completed training in the metal sector, e.g. plant and apparatus constructor EFZ or metalworker EFZ
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a welder
• Good knowledge of TIG and MAG welding
• Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings
• Independent, precise, and systematic working style
• High quality awareness and reliable working method
• Willingness to work standing and to wear personal protective equipment
• Experience in aluminium welding is an advantage
• Valid welding certificate according to EN ISO 9606-1 is an advantage
