Among other things, the well-known Lucerne cream cheese is made here – with a lot of craftsmanship, the latest technology, and a strong team behind it. To ensure our plants run reliably and high-quality cheese is made from the best milk, we are looking for you as a plant operator. What you can achieve
- You operate and monitor our modern production plants and ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly.
- Quality comes first: You ensure that our cheese products – including Lucerne cream cheese – meet the highest standards.
- You consistently implement hygiene, safety, and process standards, thereby making an important contribution to safe production.
- With your technical understanding, you identify optimisation potentials and actively contribute ideas to further develop processes and plants.
- You enjoy passing on your knowledge and support employees as well as trainees in working with our plants.
- Cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance work are also naturally part of your duties – so that our plants run reliably at all times.
What you bring with you
- A completed training as a dairy technologist EFZ or a comparable qualification in food production.
- Experience in handling production plants and good technical understanding.
- A high awareness of quality and hygiene as well as a careful way of working.
- You enjoy working in a 3-shift system.
- Motivation to develop further and to help shape the cheese dairy of tomorrow together with our team.
