Clerk AVOR & Purchasing 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a specialised manufacturer of machines and systems for process engineering. The company develops and supplies highly precise system solutions. The innovative products are used in various industrial sectors such as the pharmaceutical, food, and plastics industries.
Responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling of production orders taking into account available capacities
Creation and adjustment of parts lists and production documents
Deadline tracking of ongoing production orders
Procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers
Inventory control including monitoring of defined minimum quantities
Calculation of manufacturing costs and support with costings
Updating article and supplier data in the ERP system
Further development of processes and functions in the ERP environment
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education in process management or production
Experience in work preparation or production planning
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical contexts
Practical experience with ERP systems, ideally SelectLine
Good user knowledge of MS Office
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as strong team orientation
