The Jura.vd Balcony Health Network,

Is a private institution of public interest, whose activities revolve around hospital, medico-social, primary care missions, and support within a temporary reception centre and protected apartments. This institution, made up of just over 300 employees, directs the deployment of its strategic plan towards efficient and recognised integrated care.

In this context, the RSBJ is looking for

A Head of Integrated Care Development and Partnerships - 80%

12-month fixed-term contract: The position may be extended or made permanent depending on future developments

They are responsible for the complete management of projects related to the deployment of integrated care within the RSBJ.

This position is part of a transformation phase of the RSBJ (partnerships, care pathways, governance) and aims to support the Management in these changes; its scope is expected to evolve, with the stabilised tasks intended to be taken over by internal management.

It is financially supported by the General Directorate of Health and ensures the deployment of the cantonal project to create a Health Hub on the Jura Balcony. It is also part of the implementation of our strategy focused on integrated care.

The Head of Integrated Care Development and Partnerships works in direct collaboration with the Executive Board. They are a permanent invitee to the weekly Executive Board meetings.

Your mission:

On behalf of the executive committee:

• Ensure strategic steering and governance support on integrated care
• Support the Executive Committee and the Executive Board in analysing and making decisions on the structural developments of the RSBJ (partnerships, care pathways, institutional positioning)
• Represent the RSBJ, by mandate, in discussions with institutional partners — notably the reference hospital — to strengthen collaborations
• Develop partnerships and the health-social network
• Support the progress of the various phases of projects related to the development of integrated care
• Coordinate the actors involved in health trajectories on the Jura Balcony
• Pool and coordinate the various internal and external projects related to integrated care
• Coordinate and manage all institutional projects
• Develop community health, prevention, and health promotion

Your profile:

Education:

• Holder of a tertiary-level qualification in the health field
• CAS, DAS or other training considered equivalent in change management, project management and/or process management

Experience:

• At least 5 years in the health sector, including solid experience in the community field
• Management of large-scale projects
• Network work and care coordination
• Process approach and lean management

Relations:

• Leadership
• Interpersonal skills, listening and ease in oral communication
• Ease working in an interdisciplinary team
• Negotiation skills
• Autonomy, initiative
• Good stress management, energy and tenacity

Knowledge:

• Public health, federal health system and Vaud health system
• In-depth knowledge of hospital, accommodation, medico-social support structures and home care sectors

Specific skills:

• Perfect command of the French language (written and oral) and strong writing skills
• High skills in analysis and systemic vision
• Mastery of management, planning and office tools
