Sales Employee (m/f/d)

• You are the first point of contact for existing and potential customers, recognise their needs early and advise them competently and discreetly
• With enthusiasm for sales, you win international customers in the field of valuables and precious metal transport, personally support them and build long-term, trusting relationships
• You develop suitable transport solutions for precious metals, valuables and confidential shipments and successfully conclude negotiations while adhering to the highest safety and compliance standards
• Together with the departments Operations, Security and Logistics, you implement customer-specific requirements and support the sales team in smooth collaboration
• You monitor market changes, identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to the further development of our international sales strategies
• You have a good grasp of customer data, sales activities and KPIs. In addition, you prepare meaningful reports for management and ensure reliable administration
• Do you enjoy travelling? During customer visits, supporting business partners and at trade fairs, you represent us nationally and internationally

• A completed commercial or business administration basic education forms your foundation. Ideally, you also bring experience or know-how in international freight forwarding, export or the precious metals industry
• Further training in sales or marketing or several years of experience in a comparable position complement your profile
• You communicate and correspond confidently in German and English. Additional foreign languages are a plus
• With your negotiation skills and your diplomatic, polished and professional manner, you convince customers and business partners
• Discretion, integrity and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you. As a dynamic and resilient personality, you work independently, structured and solution-oriented
• Even in stressful situations, you keep an overview and find suitable solutions. Are you also willing to travel internationally, especially within Europe and, if necessary, overseas?
• A spotless reputation without entries in the debt enforcement, criminal and military registers (ADMAS) is required
