Permanent Contract - Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager

Founded in 2001, the Fed Finance firm specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professions.

We are looking on behalf of our client, a major player in the healthcare sector in Switzerland, for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager at 80-100% based in Fribourg.

Reporting to the Finance team, your main responsibilities will be:

- Managing billing and accounts receivable activities
- Ensuring billing compliance: TARDOC, DRG and VVG
- Acting as the TARDOC referent and supporting the teams
- Supervising collections, receivables and monthly closings
- Leading and developing the team
- Participating in the structuring of the Shared Service Center
- Optimising and digitising processes and ERP systems

Profile sought:

- Proven experience in billing and accounts receivable
- Essential experience in the medical sector in Switzerland
- Excellent command of TARDOC and good knowledge of DRG and VVG
- Experience in team management
- Good command of ERP; Opale is an asset
- Fluent French; German and English highly appreciated
