Role:

In this role, you will design a modern, efficient, and future-proof accounting system based on a solid accounting foundation and drive the sustainable development and digitalisation of processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment. You will take responsibility for accounting in a complex, regulated environment and ensure audit-proof financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER. You will combine accounting precision with a digital drive and utilise the broad scope of this newly created function. Responsibilities:

• You actively develop accounting processes and drive digitalisation in accounting
• In this role, you analyse existing workflows, question established processes, and improve them sustainably
• As a specialist in accounting & digitalisation, you use your solid knowledge of general and subsidiary ledgers as well as closing processes in daily work
• You work precisely, think holistically, and apply your high level of personal responsibility and implementation strength in accounting
• In this role, you quickly and independently familiarise yourself with new tools, system logics, and especially SAP S/4HANA
• As a specialist in accounting & digitalisation, you use your very good German language skills in spoken and written form in professional exchanges

Qualifications:

• You have completed training in finance and accounting or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or finance or in business informatics (FH/university)
• You have several years of practical experience in accounting with solid knowledge of general and subsidiary ledgers as well as closing processes
• You are experienced in analysing, optimising, and digitalising accounting processes and have participated in or led relevant projects
• You are proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Excel and quickly and independently familiarise yourself with new tools and system logics
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, take on high personal responsibility, and are characterised by strong implementation skills
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French and English skills are welcome
