QC Specialist (m/f/d), 100%

• Handling analytical issues, planning and conducting experiments, statistical evaluation and assessment of analysis results, as well as writing clear and comprehensible reports in German and English.
• Selection of quality-relevant chemical and physico-chemical parameters of raw materials and finished products in collaboration with the R&D departments, as well as the development and creation of the corresponding analytical methods and the definition of specifications.
• Evaluation of new analytical instruments.
• Familiarisation with new analytical techniques and instruments, as well as training of employees.
• Control and organisation of maintenance/repairs of analytical instruments in the areas of chromatography (HPLC, GC, GPC), spectroscopy (IR, UVVIS) as well as for the determination of general physical and physico-chemical parameters.
• Timely implementation of analytical tasks within an international project team.
• Implementation and maintenance of the safety concept

• At least a university of applied sciences degree in chemistry with several years of experience in the fields of analytical chemistry, quality control.
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• Good general IT understanding, good knowledge of Word and very good knowledge of Excel
• Customer-oriented, conscientious and self-critical as well as quality-oriented, precise and independent working.
• High social competence in integrating into the QC team and in dealing with our internal and external customers.
• Flexibility with short-term changing assignments and deadlines.
• Curiosity to embrace new things and the initiative to initiate and implement further analytical and organisational improvements within QC together with the team.
