Role:
The company is a traditional Swiss production and development company in the consumer goods sector, combining many years of experience with modern manufacturing and development processes.
Particularly exciting is the combination of product innovation, industrial manufacturing and international market orientation. Different departments such as research and development, production, quality, purchasing, logistics, sales and central corporate functions work closely together.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of financial accounting is part of your responsibilities, including ongoing reconciliation and maintenance of financial data.
You assist with closing tasks and prepare the necessary documents for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
In the area of budgeting and controlling, you support planning, analyse variances and prepare meaningful reports.
You act as a competent contact person for calculations and financial queries.
You take on tasks related to VAT, asset accounting and process optimisation and thus contribute to the further development of the finance department.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and professional further training in finance and accounting or a corresponding university degree.
Business Central and Excel are among your familiar working tools and you navigate confidently in the digital financial world.
You combine a structured, analytical and numbers-oriented way of working with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
You are flexible, team-oriented and communicative, have a pronounced hands-on mentality and think both operationally and strategically; fluent written and spoken German.
