As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a:

Job Identification

• Methods Agent: designs, organises and optimises manufacturing processes and operating methods.

Main missions

• Planning manufacturing files: Based on plans from the design office.
• Optimise processes: Define and produce tooling for the manufacturing line.
• Support the launch: monitor the production of prototypes and pre-series before moving to series production.
• Continuous improvement: participate in problem-solving approaches and propose technical or ergonomic solutions for operators.

Skills and profile

• Technical know-how: mastery of digital chain tools (CAD/MES) and production methods
• Interpersonal skills: listening and communication skills to liaise between the design office and production
