Responsibilities:
- Customer Consulting: Advising our customers on technical products and services.
- Quotation Preparation: Creating individual offers and calculations.
- Order Processing: Handling customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Complaint Handling: Managing customer complaints and resolving technical issues.
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer and product data in SAP.
- Market Observation: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Training: Conducting product training for customers and sales partners.
- Reporting: Preparing sales reports and analyses.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed commercial basic training.
- Further Education: Further training as a technical sales specialist.
- Professional Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- SAP Knowledge: Solid knowledge of SAP.
- MS Office: Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Technical Understanding: Good technical understanding and interest in technological products.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in German, business fluent in English.
- Teamwork: High team spirit and independent working style.
