- You develop solutions with our business for our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and use your professional perspective on data, processes, structures and functions
- Based on change requests, you transform needs into concrete IT requirements, create feasibility studies, define application and test scenarios as well as user or tech stories for the development team (frontend and backend)
- You keep a close eye on performance optimisation and a stable system landscape in the logistics area of the Planzer Group
- Together with the development and testing team, you implement suitable product increments and added value for the business within the sprints
- Technical documentation and testing are also part of your responsibilities
- Coordinating issues/incidents with 2nd and/or 3rd level support is no problem for you
- Analytical thinking, organisational talent and an independent, process-oriented working style characterise you
- You have completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH, Bachelor or similar) and already have initial professional experience as a requirement engineer
- You approach challenges in a solution-oriented and pragmatic way – methodical thinking is your strength
- You are familiar with agile working processes such as SCRUM or KANBAN, and tools like Azure DevOps are part of your daily work
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility, strong social skills, initiative and convincing communication skills at all levels
- You communicate confidently in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2), both spoken and written
