Construction Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
As client and project manager, you take overall responsibility for demanding new build and conversion projects - from the preliminary study to realisation. You manage planning, schedules, costs and quality, lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and control of demanding new build and conversion projects across all SIA phases from preliminary study to realisation
Responsibility for project planning, schedule and cost control as well as professional support of the projects
Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
Acting as interface to internal and external stakeholders, specialist planners and committees
Preparation and execution of tenders, evaluations and awards for planning, engineering and construction services
Consideration of the requirements of public procurement
Development and monitoring of investment and schedule plans
Ensuring economical, high-quality and timely project execution
Qualifications:
Advanced training as federally certified construction manager HFP building construction, certified technician HF building construction or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a comparable project management role in building construction
Good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and construction processes
Experience in public procurement is an advantage
Knowledge of the construction administration software Messerli is a plus
Strong numerical and process affinity as well as a high service orientation
Experienced, communicative and team-oriented personality with high social competence
