- Responsible for converting, commissioning and optimising production equipment
- Monitoring production runs and ensuring smooth processes
- Recording and maintaining important operational and machine data (e.g. parameter standards, shift reports)
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work on machines and tools
- Developing and maintaining training materials for colleagues
- Training and instructing production staff on the equipment
- Active participation in improving processes and equipment parameters
- Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. polymechanic, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic, plant operator, etc.)
- Several years of experience in a production company with care and maintenance of production equipment
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts (weekly change between early/late shift) and occasional Saturday shifts
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Hygiene and GMP awareness
- Analytical and process-oriented working style as well as a quick grasp
- Enjoyment of teamwork, knowledge transfer and independent organisation
