Role:

Low-code unfolds its strength only when architecture and process understanding come together. This is exactly where you come in as a Power Platform Consultant & Developer, turning business requirements into robust business applications based on the Microsoft Power Platform. You conduct workshops, critically question requirements, and make well-founded decisions between standard, low-code, and custom extensions. The focus is on clean data models, well-thought-out automations, and solutions that remain maintainable for years to come.

Responsibilities:

• Together with customers, you analyse business requirements in workshops and design scalable solution concepts.

• You build sophisticated Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps and write complex application logic in Power Fx.

• In Microsoft Dataverse, you design data structures, business rules, forms, and role-based access concepts.

• Furthermore, you automate processes with Cloud Flows and approval processes and integrate Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, and external systems via APIs and connectors.

• You extend solutions purposefully with Azure Services or Copilot Studio and conduct structured troubleshooting in case of disruptions in apps, flows, or integrations.

• Additionally, you consistently separate environments via Environments and Solutions, manage releases, and further develop standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Several years of practical experience of at least 3 years in solution development with Power Apps form your foundation.

• You automate complex workflows confidently with Power Automate and are well acquainted with standard connectors.

• You design Dataverse data models, relationships, and security concepts with a confident hand and solid architectural understanding.

• Deployments between development, test, and production environments as well as ALM processes are familiar to you.

• Ideally, you also have knowledge of Azure, REST APIs, or bot technologies, preferably complemented by a certification such as the Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.

• Moreover, you analytically translate business requirements into technical concepts and convincingly present your ideas in German and English.
