For our client, an established Swiss company in the field of technical building equipment, we are looking for an experienced individual as Senior Project Manager Heating / Cooling (m/f).
The company implements demanding projects around the technical infrastructure of buildings and supports its clients from planning through implementation to successful completion. For this responsible position, we are seeking a technically skilled and highly organised individual who can independently manage projects and also enjoys working in a team.
- Independent management of the projects entrusted to you, from preparation to implementation.
- Coordination of the involved internal and external parties and ensuring a smooth project process.
- Preparation of technical and commercial offers.
- Support in the selection and procurement of materials, components and services.
- Accompanying and coordinating the planning phase as well as monitoring the implementation on site.
- Coordination with clients, suppliers, specialist planners and other project partners.
- Active participation in the further development of projects and in the search for technically and economically optimal solutions.
- Further training at HF, FH level or a comparable higher technical education is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of heating and/or cooling technology.
- Experience in independent planning and execution of projects.
- Good knowledge of project management and strong organisational skills.
- Experience in the field of steam or steam systems is a plus.
- Confident manner and enjoyment of direct contact with clients and project partners.
- Resilience as well as a solution-oriented and structured way of working.
- Strong team spirit and at the same time the ability to take responsibility independently.

Tasks
- Planning, coordination and realisation of medium to large projects in the field of heating and cooling.- Independent management of the projects entrusted to you, from preparation to implementation.

Profile
