Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Project Architect Revit/BIM for the planning of demanding and complex building projects. The focus is on tender and execution planning, coordination of Revit models, and the development of high-quality architectural and constructive solutions. In close collaboration with project management, BIM management, specialist planners and experts, you will independently take responsibility for defined sub-models and planning areas. The position combines a high architectural standard with technically precise planning and consistent application of the BIM method.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the planning development and coordination of Revit sub-models within complex building projects
Development and detailing of architectural and constructive solutions in close coordination with project management and the planning team
Processing of tender and execution planning with a focus on planning quality, feasibility and consistent building models
Coordination of own BIM models and specialist models with external specialist planners, engineers and experts
Ensuring a structured BIM-based project execution and compliance with project-related modelling and information requirements
Creation and further development of detail, execution and construction plans based on the central Revit model
Conducting model checks and clash detections as well as coordination and resolution of planning interfaces
Implementation of architectural design considering construction, materialisation, building physics and technical building equipment
Coordination of planning with relevant Swiss building regulations and SIA standards as well as project-specific quality requirements
Independent structuring and processing of defined planning packages and sub-areas including schedule and quality control
Support of project management and BIM management in the further development and quality assurance of digital planning processes
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at FH, ETH, USI or university
At least 5 years of professional experience in planning and processing complex building projects
Very good and practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit and the BIM method
Solid experience in tender and execution planning as well as in constructive detailing
Very good architectural and technical-constructive understanding as well as sound design competence
Experience with Swiss planning and construction processes as well as SIA standards is an advantage
Very good German language skills spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
