As an execution project manager, you play a central role in the successful delivery of our construction site logistics projects and work closely with the main players in the construction sector.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the implementation of our construction site logistics projects in French-speaking Switzerland, from work preparation to final accounting.
• In collaboration with our construction site logistics team, you organise and manage our project portfolio and ensure high-quality execution, respecting costs and deadlines.
• You lead the construction site logistics managers and site teams, fostering a performance-oriented and partnership-based collaboration.
• You are responsible for project management control – including progress monitoring, contract and deadline compliance – and ensure full transparency on project status.
• You liaise directly with clients during coordination meetings and ensure their satisfaction.
• Effective planning and coordination of personnel and equipment resources are your responsibility.
• You ensure forward-looking and rigorous management of contract amendments.
• In the context of planning and acquiring new construction site logistics projects, you provide support and contribute significantly to the continued growth of our business.
• You guarantee safety in the execution of logistics services as well as the health and safety of our employees.
• You continuously develop our organisation by optimising processes and structures and promoting the well-being of our employees.

Our conditions

• Activity rate of 80% or 100%, 42-hour work week and salary paid over 13 months.
• 5 weeks of holiday per year as well as unpaid leave upon request.

Your profile

• Completed initial training in the construction sector (for example: bricklayer, scaffolder, carpenter or equivalent training).
• Further education at ES, HES level or equivalent in the construction field (for example, foreman, site manager, technician, civil engineer or project manager).
• Several years of experience in site management, project management or construction and project leadership.
• Very good communication skills and a confident and assertive attitude.
• Good knowledge of German or English, or willingness to acquire them – we are a bilingual company.
