Role:

You transform business processes into well-thought-out applications, going far beyond simple forms. As a Power Platform Solution Engineer, you link the Microsoft Power Platform with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Dynamics 365 into seamless solutions. Clients appreciate your clear focus on the essentials. You first rely on standard components and only extend where it truly adds value. In doing so, you actively shape architectures, standards, and the technical quality of every project.

Responsibilities:

• You design tables, relationships, views, and permission concepts in Microsoft Dataverse, laying the foundation for every solution.

• You develop performant Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with Power Apps and implement complex logic in Power Fx.

• Furthermore, you design cross-system workflows and approval processes with Power Automate. Chatbots from Copilot Studio expand your solution portfolio.

• You connect SharePoint, Teams, and third-party systems via connectors and REST interfaces and integrate Azure services as needed.

• Additionally, you establish clean processes for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and oversee releases across separate development, test, and production environments.

• You also lead technical workshops, analyse disruptions systematically, and further develop reusable components.

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years of project experience in Microsoft-based low-code development, you bring a solid foundation.

• You master both app variants, complex flows, and nested Power Fx formulas effortlessly.

• Security and role concepts, data modelling, and deployments between environments are part of your toolkit.

• You have already linked solutions with Dynamics 365 and other business applications. Experience with custom connectors and Azure is an advantage.

• You are comfortable in client conversations. You listen carefully, think analytically, and turn technical requirements into viable concepts.

• Moreover, you are confident in both written and spoken German and English. Microsoft certifications or know-how with bot technologies complete your profile.
