For a Swiss company in the lifestyle and consumer goods sector in the Basel region, we are seeking an experienced finance professional who reliably covers operational accounting and also contributes to planning and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring accounts receivable, accounts payable and ongoing financial accounting
Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Handling payment transactions and reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts
Preparation of selected sales, commission and financial statements
Support in budgeting, forecasting and business evaluations
Coordination with fiduciary, audit and other external specialists
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting
Several years of experience in an independent accounting role
Good knowledge of general ledger, subsidiary ledgers and closing tasks
Confident use of an ERP/financial system as well as very good Excel skills
Very good German skills; English or Italian are advantageous in the international environment
Structured, responsible working style with a strong understanding of numbers
