About the job
A solid and forward-looking employer, Vaudoise is one of the leading insurers in Switzerland. True to its cooperative nature and values, it fosters the creation of a healthy, inclusive, and inspiring work environment, ideal for developing your talent.
To strengthen our IT teams and support the development of our identity and access management, we are looking for an IAM/IGA Engineer. You will contribute to the development and evolution of our IAM solution, based on Saviynt, in an environment where security, compliance, and collaboration are at the heart of the challenges.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Develop and evolve our IAM solution (Saviynt) by integrating new features and applications, while ensuring compliance with security and architecture standards
- Optimise and industrialise IAM processes, notably identity, role, and access rights management, to improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Ensure the proper functioning of the IAM platform, including its operational maintenance, support, and continuous improvement
- Manage IAM technical integration projects, from needs analysis to production deployment, coordinating the various stakeholders
- Contribute to defining and evolving the IAM roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement, industrialisation, and modernisation
- Guarantee the security and compliance of access, notably through rights recertification campaigns, monitoring of authorisations, and report production
Your profile:
- Higher education in computer science, IT service management, or equivalent experience
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA), as well as experience in technical integration and solution operation
- Good command of IAM concepts: identity, role and authorisation management, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, ABAC, DAC, and SoD
- Knowledge of an IGA solution, with Saviynt being an asset, as well as Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID environments
- Knowledge of ITSM (ITIL) processes and a good understanding of security and access governance issues
- Experience in a regulated environment, ideally in the banking, financial, or insurance sector
- Fluent in French and good professional level of English
You demonstrate good analytical skills, autonomy, and rigour. Comfortable collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, you also know how to manage priorities in a demanding operational environment.
We offer you:
- A healthy work environment in a mutual company certified as a "Great Place to Work"
- Multiple social benefits, including flexibility in work organisation
- Support in development and training
- Human values centred on employee well-being
We look forward to receiving your complete application file digitally (including CV, cover letter, copies of work certificates and diplomas).
