What is my role?

• Our client is looking for a personality who takes the lead in early project phases - from concept development to design elaboration

• You create object assessments, feasibility analyses and well-founded decision bases

• You design and plan construction projects, demonstrating your design skills

• You independently manage construction projects through all phases, ensuring quality, budget and schedule

• You realise projects in close coordination with the site managers of the team

• You advise the company’s real estate professionals on construction-related issues throughout the entire real estate lifecycle

What do I need to be successful?

• Our client requires a solid education in architecture, construction planning or a comparable qualification

• You have a sense for design and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• You know the relevant laws, standards and planning processes

• You have experience in project management and collaboration with various stakeholders

• You work independently and are a team player
