We wish to recruit an Architect – Permanent Position at 100%

Mission:

• Design architectural projects according to the client’s needs.
• Carry out preliminary studies, sketches, preliminary projects and enquiry dossiers.
• Develop execution plans and technical details.
• Coordinate the various project stakeholders (engineers, agents, companies, authorities).
• Prepare tenders and analyse bids.
• Ensure architectural management of the works and site supervision.
• Control costs, deadlines and quality of the works.
• Ensure compliance with construction, safety standards and Swiss regulations.
• Participate in project handovers and follow-up on the resolution of defects.

Profile

• Degree in architecture from EPF, HES, EAAL or foreign qualification deemed equivalent.
• Minimum professional experience of [3 to 5 years] in architectural project development.
• Experience gained in Switzerland is a significant advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss construction context.
• Mastery of the various stages of a project, from design to execution.
• Excellent understanding of construction details, materials and building techniques.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and several projects simultaneously.
• Ease in communication with clients, authorities, agents and companies.
• Autonomy, rigour, analytical mind and sense of responsibility.
• Good team spirit and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• French mandatory and a good level of English (C1).
