Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent planning and management of demanding building technology projects in the field of ventilation and climate. In this role, you are responsible for medium-sized projects with increased technical complexity from conception to successful realisation. You coordinate internal project teams as well as external partners and represent the projects to clients, architects and specialist planners. Additionally, you contribute to the professional development of employees and the optimisation of planning and project processes.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of building technology projects in the field of ventilation and climate across all planning and implementation phases
Development and assessment of ventilation and climate concepts, dimensioning and technical solution variants
Management of deadlines, costs and quality as well as ensuring professional and standards-compliant project execution
Leadership and professional coaching of the project team as well as coordination of internal resources
Coordination of building technology with clients, architects, specialist planners and contractors
Preparation and review of planning documents, tenders, specifications and technical documentation
Conducting project, planning and coordination meetings and following up on resulting measures
Ensuring professional planning taking into account relevant SIA standards, energy requirements and building technology standards
Support during execution, commissioning, acceptance and handover of the planned systems
Participation in the further development of planning standards, digital processes and quality assurance
Support in the professional development of employees and transfer of technical know-how within the department
Qualifications:
Building technology planner EFZ specialising in ventilation or comparable technical basic training
Specialist further education at HF, FH or federal certificate level in building technology
Several years of practical experience in planning and project management of ventilation and air conditioning systems
Sound knowledge of HVAC technology, dimensioning and building technology planning
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building technology standards
Experience with industry-standard CAD/BIM and building technology planning software
Very good German language skills for project coordination and technical documentation
