Management and coordination of IT projects, customer integrations and technical implementations
Evaluation, selection and introduction of new hardware and software solutions
Support of the server, network and firewall infrastructure as well as ensuring 2nd-level support
Administration and technical support of IT systems and applications including error analysis and troubleshooting
Monitoring and optimisation of IT operations as well as performing maintenance and upkeep of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology or comparable IT qualification
Several years of experience in system administration and IT infrastructure
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Exchange
Experience with Hyper-V, storage, backup, networks and modern server technology
Fluent German and good English skills as well as high willingness to learn and resilience
