Methods Technician / Production Workshop Manager (Electronics)

Our client, a Swiss industrial SME specialising in cable manufacturing and device assembly for industry, is seeking a Production & Methods Technician Manager. A true technical reference, you will work daily on-site to support teams, resolve production issues, optimise manufacturing methods, and contribute sustainably to the workshop's development.

Desired Profile

• Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or equivalent training
• Proven experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in production organisation and/or methods
• Field-oriented profile, comfortable with practical resolution of technical issues
• Ability to unite and support teams, with good organisational skills
• Proficiency with IT tools and production management software
• Interest in designing practical solutions: fixtures, tooling and workstation improvements

• A strategic position within a Swiss industrial SME, with great autonomy and varied responsibilities
