Responsibilities:
In the accounts payable area, you ensure the correct processing of supplier invoices – from verification and coding to posting in the workflow.
You coordinate the timely processing of payments and take care of the ongoing updating of supplier data.
As an interface to suppliers and internal departments, you clarify open questions and support an efficient invoice process.
You monitor the expense management and ensure the correct reconciliation of the goods/invoice receipt account.
Furthermore, you identify potential improvements and contribute to the further development and digitalisation of accounting processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an accounting clerk or possess an equivalent professional background.
You have several years of experience in finance and accounting and are familiar with accounts payable procedures.
With your independent and meticulous working style, you keep an overview even with recurring tasks and deadlines.
You have good German and English skills for written and oral communication in everyday work.
