Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Architecture for the planning and management of a major refurbishment and extension project. You will take on a central role in execution planning and project organisation and coordinate collaboration with authorities, specialist planners, and other project participants. A key focus is on the planning work and coordination with ArchiCAD in 2D and 3D as well as the structured management of the project through the various planning phases. The position offers the opportunity to significantly shape and take responsibility for a demanding refurbishment and extension project from the outset.
Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of a demanding refurbishment and extension project in building construction
Responsibility for execution and detailed planning as well as ensuring a technically and aesthetically high-quality implementation
Creation, editing, and coordination of project, execution, and detailed plans with ArchiCAD 2D/3D
Control of the project organisation and coordination of internal and external project participants
Coordination with authorities, specialist planners, specialists, and executing companies
Coordination and integration of various specialist plans into architectural planning
Review of planning statuses, technical solutions, and interfaces between architecture and building services engineering
Support of approval, tendering, and realisation processes
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, planning quality, and project specifications
Organisation and documentation of planning and coordination meetings as well as follow-up on agreed measures
Qualifications:
Education as Architect FH/ETH or comparable qualification in the field of architecture
Several years of professional experience in project and execution planning in Switzerland
Solid experience with refurbishment, maintenance, or extension projects
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD 2D and 3D
Experience in coordinating specialist planners and authorities
Good knowledge of Swiss construction processes, standards, and approval procedures
Very good German language skills spoken and written
