- You take on a supporting role for 2nd and 3rd level support
- Project management in the technical area is also part of your responsibilities
- You develop concepts and solutions for the new build and migration of infrastructure projects for customers
- You bring experience in the Citrix and Microsoft environment
- Ideally, you have good knowledge in the area of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Azure AD etc.)
- Very good German skills are a basic requirement, any additional language is an advantage

Responsibilities
