Internal Sales Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as the central interface between customers, field sales and production!

• You independently handle customer enquiries and create customised offers

• You competently advise customers on printing processes, material selection as well as prices and delivery times

• You calculate prices and prepare both quotations and internal order documents

• You independently manage customer projects - from the first contact to final delivery

• You coordinate all important processes in internal sales: order confirmations, print approvals, complaint management and deadline monitoring

• You record and maintain follow-up and new orders in the system

• You receive customer complaints and forward them to the quality department

• You evaluate orders in terms of profitability and feasibility

• You keep an eye on delivery dates and coordinate closely with production

• You optimise internal processes and maintain material master data

• You occasionally visit customers at home and abroad - for example at production centres or trade fairs

• You support your team with other sales-related tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a printer or graphic technician with additional commercial qualifications - or you come from a commercial apprenticeship in a production company, ideally from the graphic industry

• You have experience in internal sales and know what matters

• You have already independently managed projects and led them to success - project management is not a foreign word to you

• You are confident in the digital world: Microsoft Office is your daily companion, and you are very proficient in Excel

• You have genuine sales talent, love customer contact and impress with your professional appearance
