You have an entrepreneurial spirit and place service at the heart of your actions? As commercial support at ISS, you provide assistance to the sales team managing the Romandy Switzerland region.

What awaits you

Support for tenders to assist the sales team, with the necessary rigour

Analyse tender documents (budgets, technical specifications, service levels...)

Preparation of ISS offers (Innovation, Environment, D&I, HSE) in response to clients’ needs and expectations

Work on projects (private and public market) within the Romandy sales team

Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Legal, Marketing) and external partners to build lasting relationships

What you bring

Previous experience in business services in Romandy Switzerland (mandatory)

Excellent mastery of client presentations and offers (writing complex offers of 50 pages on PPT/Word)

Excellent mastery of calculations based on Excel

Initial training in B2B commercial field

Knowledge of the B2B market in Geneva

Dynamic, communicative and solution-oriented personality

Fluency in French (minimum C1 level) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)

Excellent mastery of common IT tools (MS Office/Excel/Copilot)
