You ensure the availability and performance of modern workplace and cloud environments and continuously develop Azure Virtual Desktop as well as Remote Apps.
You manage the central endpoint infrastructure with Microsoft Intune, Windows 11 and Windows Autopilot and ensure reliable and standardised client provisioning.
You develop individual automations with PowerShell, simplify administrative tasks and reduce manual efforts in daily IT operations.
You investigate disruptions, conduct technical analyses and health checks, and use monitoring and reporting to continuously improve the quality and stability of the environment.
You establish clear operational standards, maintain technical documentation and record best practices in Confluence so that knowledge and solutions remain sustainably available within the team.
Qualifications:
A completed IT education, a degree or a comparable qualification as well as about 3 years of experience in workplace, endpoint management, system engineering or a similar technical environment.
Solid experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 or Windows client management and a strong interest in cloud technologies and modern workplace concepts.
Initial experience with PowerShell as well as the willingness to specifically use and further develop scripting and automation.
An analytical mindset and enjoyment of troubleshooting, error analysis, process optimisation and the implementation of technically sustainable solutions.
An independent, reliable and team-oriented working style as well as very good knowledge of German and English.
