IT Supporter (m/f/d)

- You are the first point of contact for employees and ensure high-quality IT first-level support (by phone, remotely, and on-site)
- In this role, you analyse technical problems (hardware and software), develop appropriate solution concepts, and implement them independently or with external partners
- As an IT Supporter/Administrator, you install, configure, and maintain hardware (IT and clinical devices) and advise or support our locations
- You manage our industry-specific software and hardware
- In this role, you are responsible for the procurement of hardware and software, including quality control
- As an IT Supporter/Administrator, you provide technical support for back-office tasks, such as automating data processing
Qualifications:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and/or hold a further qualification in the IT field
- You have a high standard of quality and a strong service orientation
- You have solid experience in support (receiving and resolving faults) as well as in client management, with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and ideally also Windows Server, ERP, CRM, and telephony solutions
- Ideally, you bring experience in ophthalmology or healthcare
- You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and impress with coordination and communication skills as well as independent and sustainable action
- You are a team-oriented and motivated personality and communicate confidently in German; English is an advantage
