- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment to exit
- Recruitment of new employees including job postings, interviews and applicant management
- Advising and supporting managers as well as employees in all HR-related matters
- Preparation of employment contracts as well as maintenance of personnel files, job descriptions and organisational charts
- Organisation and support of employee appraisals as well as coordination of training and further education
- Management of occupational health management (BGM)
- Support of the finance department with social insurance, absence management as well as SUVA and daily sickness benefit cases
- Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements as well as further development of HR processes and personnel policies
- Communication with authorities and offices
- Responsibility for HR compliance, data protection and personnel-related documentation
- Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR generalist role
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Confident appearance, high communication skills and strong social competence
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High integrity, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Good MS Office skills
