Production Planner PPS 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss mechanical engineering company focusing on highly precise manufacturing and production technologies. Using the most modern development and manufacturing methods, the company develops and produces innovative solutions for demanding industrial applications. Responsibilities:
Control of production orders along the defined manufacturing processes
Maintenance of work plans, bills of materials, and relevant production data
Management of disposition data and SAP master data
Preparation of standard time and price calculations in SAP and Excel
Support of the SAP system as key user in the PP module
Participation in operational production meetings and internal projects
Verification of incoming supplier invoices and clarification of discrepancies
Coordination with subcontractors on ongoing procurement issues
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship with further training in logistics, PPS or business administration
Several years of experience in production planning or work preparation
Solid knowledge of SAP PP and MM
Experience with production master data and disposition processes
Confident use of Excel for calculations and evaluations
Analytical working style and good understanding of operational contexts
Independent organisation of own area of responsibility
Reliable collaboration with production, administration and external partners
