As a Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Specialist, you contact potential business customers, spark interest in Sunrise Business solutions, and arrange appointments for our sales teams. With your persuasive manner and your sense for customer needs, you make a direct contribution to the growth of our B2B business.
 

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Active telephone approach to potential business customers (outbound calls)
• Identification and qualification of new sales opportunities
• Arranging appointments for our B2B sales teams
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads
• Documenting and maintaining customer information in the CRM system
• Supporting sales and marketing campaigns
• Close collaboration with sales teams for successful lead handover
• Active contribution to improving processes and activities in outbound sales

YOUR SKILLS:

• Initial experience in sales, telesales, contact centre, or B2B new customer acquisition
• Enjoyment of active telephone customer approach
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented, independent, and structured working style
• Perseverance and motivation to win new customers
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
