As a non-profit philanthropic institution, the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation plays a role in strengthening social cohesion in Geneva by providing individual and institutional support, such as scholarships. It promotes personal and collective adaptation to social, economic, demographic, and environmental changes by supporting various structuring projects. To complete its administrative team, it is looking for a:

Your mission

As a Manager, you will be a key player in processing financial aid requests, particularly in the fields of social action and education.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team of about 30 people and will be responsible for analysing, verifying, and administratively following up on files, while closely collaborating with external partners.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Analyse and assess application files to determine their compliance and eligibility for financial aid, taking into account current laws (scholarships and study loans, social aid, among others)
• Manage follow-up and correspondence related to the files
• Collaborate with the social and administrative network to facilitate the analysis of requests

Job profile

• Professional or gymnasium maturity with at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in the social field
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, with strong writing skills
• High proficiency in office tools and agility with digital tools
• Good knowledge of the social fabric of Geneva
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical and synthetic thinking
• Adaptability and sense of autonomy
• Kind, empathetic personality, able to work in a team
• Ability to maintain discretion.
