Commercial Project Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Commercial Project Manager who is responsible for the commercial management and execution of projects in tunnel construction. In this role, you will take on debtor management and invoicing, conduct cost and performance controlling of all projects, and handle change order management. You are responsible for commercial order processing, create and verify payment schedules, organise bank guarantees, and manage deadlines. Additionally, reporting to management, project calculation, as well as contract drafting and contract management are part of your duties.

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed technical basic training with economic further education or a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification

• Very good MS Office skills (Abacus knowledge is an advantage)

• Experience in a similar role in a technical environment

• Experience in project business and dealing with customers

• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken (French skills are an advantage)

• Strong communication skills and good analytical abilities

• Resilience in hectic situations

• Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take responsibility

• Structured way of working

• Outgoing personality with a lot of initiative
