Healthcare Application & Process Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You analyse operational processes and manage the further development of medical applications from requirements to productive introduction.
You support specialist departments in clarifying their needs and translate these into actionable solution concepts.
You evaluate change requests, develop technical options, and coordinate implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
You plan and accompany application tests, releases, and the subsequent stabilisation in productive operation.
You monitor ongoing system availability, coordinate error corrections, and support users with professional and technical questions.
Qualifications:
You have a higher vocational school (HF) diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in computer science; a Master’s in business informatics is an advantage.
You bring experience with clinical or medical applications, ideally with clinical information systems, as well as practical project experience.
You think analytically and in a networked manner and can quickly grasp and structure complex requirements.
You convince with a strong service orientation, confident demeanour, and clear communication with different stakeholders.
You are willing to take on on-call and occasional duties outside regular working hours and communicate confidently in German and English.
