For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for international order and export processing and ensure that customer orders are implemented efficiently and on time. You coordinate various internal and external interfaces and make an important contribution to professional customer service in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders from quotation to invoicing
Planning and handling international transport solutions by land, air, and sea freight
Coordinating delivery dates in close cooperation with internal departments
Ongoing coordination with international sales units
Ensuring efficient export processing while meeting agreed deadlines
Supporting the team by taking on holiday cover
Maintaining service-oriented communication with customers and internal contacts
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in internal sales and export
Further training as a foreign trade specialist is an advantage
Practical knowledge in international export processing including land, air, and sea freight
Very good ERP user skills
Strong communication skills, customer-oriented working style, and organisational talent
Fluent German and good English skills
