Specialist Cleaning Validation (a) 100%

For our continuously growing production capacity, we are seeking a specialist in cleaning validations for our Manufacturing & Process Technology (MPT) department. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer you the opportunity to join us at different levels.

In our "Cleaning Validation" team, you will develop and conduct cleaning validations for new or existing equipment and for new products. You will prepare cleaning validation plans and reports and be primarily responsible for coordinating the entire cleaning validation process. In case of deviations or irregularities, you will investigate and develop solutions. You will work closely with the operators of the production equipment and the Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments.

Your tasks:

• Contributing to the development of cleaning validation strategies
• Planning and conducting cleaning validations in cooperation with other departments
• Preparing technical documentation (plans and reports) for cleaning validation according to good documentation practice
• Coordinating the entire cleaning validation process in a GMP environment
• Supporting production in resolving specific/difficult issues during cleaning validation
• Assisting with periodic revalidations of validated cleaning processes
• Helping with the processing of change requests for cleaning methods (Change Control procedures) in a GMP environment

Your profile:

• Proven several years of professional experience in cleaning validation
• Practical experience in a GMP environment
• Master’s degree or PhD in chemistry or a related field is an advantage
• Technical and project-related leadership skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented working style
• High flexibility, independence, and team spirit
• Excellent German language skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of peptide chemistry is a plus
