IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You support employees with ICT enquiries and faults
You install and maintain workstations, networks, software and mobile systems
You analyse and resolve hardware, software and network problems
You manage users, permissions and ICT inventory and coordinate support cases
You maintain documentation, use scripts and work on ICT solutions and ITSM processes
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ and an interest in IT service management
You bring several years of experience in a comparable role
You are communicative, customer-oriented and a team player and enjoy working with others
You work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented
You have very good German. Good French skills are an advantage
