Job description:
For one of our clients active in finishing work in the Lausanne region, PROMAN Lausanne is looking for a Technician / Project Manager in painting, plastering and facades.You will be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of sites, from costing to project completion. You will ensure coordination between clients, site management and teams on the ground.

Your tasks
- Analyse plans, technical files and tenders.
- Carry out surveys and measurements on site.
- Prepare quotes, bids and supplementary offers.
- Plan interventions and organise teams as well as supplies.
- Ensure technical, administrative and financial monitoring of sites.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, deadlines, quality and safety regulations.
- Participate in site meetings and maintain relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
- Control completed work, prepare invoicing and ensure follow-up until acceptance.
Job requirements:
Your profile
- Training in painting, plastering or construction, ideally complemented by technician training or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role managing finishing work sites.
- Good technical knowledge of painting, plastering, external insulation and facades.
- Proficient in reading plans, measurements and costing.
- Good knowledge of construction practices and requirements in Switzerland.
- Comfortable with IT tools and software for quotes and site monitoring.
- Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage several sites simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate teams.
- Good command of French, both spoken and written.
- Driving licence essential.
