- Overall responsibility for the Order-to-Delivery process (Order Management, Scheduling, Production, Purchasing, Logistics
- Direct disciplinary leadership of 13 employees with varying workloads and shipping)
- Ensuring product availability with a Make-to-Stock focus
- Leadership and further development of the entire Operations team with 13 employees
- Establishment and further development of clear structures, roles and processes
- Planning and control of production including capacity and material planning
- Close integration of Order Management, Planning and Production
- Responsibility for delivery performance and throughput times
- Development and implementation of efficient and scalable processes
- Co-design of production concepts
- Building an integrated supply chain understanding across all functions
- Identification and implementation of optimisation potential in the area of Operational Excellence
- Ensuring a functioning team dynamic across all areas
- Further development of employees and promotion of clear and constructive collaboration
Your Profile:
- Several years of solid experience (at least 5-10 years) in a comparable operations role along the entire supply chain
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Make-to-Stock and production planning
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational implementation
- Experience in building and optimising processes
- Experience in developing production concepts for new products
- Assertive and clear communication
- Team-oriented, structured and pragmatic personality
- Strong hands-on mentality, personal responsibility and ownership
- Leadership personality who leads beyond the team, involves employees and implements changes together
- Overall responsibility for the operations area of an established Swiss industrial company
- Great scope for design in organisation, processes and systems
- Broad and varied range of tasks
- Key role as the CEO’s right hand in the area of execution
