Fleet Manager (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client in Vaud, we are looking for an IT Fleet Manager (m/f/d) responsible for managing, supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT and audiovisual environments of several establishments in the Western branch, with regular assignments at various sites located between Crissier and Nyon.
Your mission
- Manage the PC and Mac IT fleet of the establishments, including installation, maintenance, inventory and renewal of IT and audiovisual equipment.
- Take charge of, diagnose and follow up on level 1 and 2 incidents and support requests, ensure their traceability in the ITSM tool and coordinate escalations with central teams or external partners.
- Assist and support users in the use of applications, workstations and audiovisual equipment, including during the deployment of new hardware or software.
- Collect and formalise user needs, contribute to the improvement of IT infrastructures and services and ensure coordination with the relevant technical bodies.
- Provide support for administrative environments and mainly work on one site of the Western branch for periods of 2 to 6 months, with possible travel between Crissier and Nyon and, occasionally, interventions outside normal hours.
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification required; ES diploma or Bachelor in IT is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT field, ideally complemented by about 2 years of practice in audiovisual environments.
- Very good knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Office tools, network infrastructures and workstation support; good knowledge of ITIL processes required.
- Proficiency in technical English and ability to analyse needs, diagnose incidents and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external providers.
- Service-oriented, autonomous, adaptable, team spirit and good communication skills, with availability to work on different sites of the Western branch according to assignments.
