CRM is more than just a tool to you? We are looking for a personality who understands business processes, develops intelligent CRM solutions from them and takes digital collaboration with customers to a new level with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
Advising customers on the optimisation and digitalisation of CRM processes
Analysing existing business processes and translating them into modern Dynamics 365 solutions
Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Further developing Dynamics 365 Sales and customer-specific CRM processes
Capturing and structuring business requirements
Developing solution concepts and technical specifications
Configuring entities, forms, views, business rules and business process flows
Implementing automations with Power Automate
Extending CRM solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
Integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and other systems
Supporting migrations and data integrations
Conducting workshops and training for departments and key users
Accompanying customer projects from conception to productive operation
Optimising existing CRM solutions in terms of user-friendliness, data quality and efficiency
Evaluating new Dynamics 365 features and modern AI solutions
Qualifications:
Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, CRM Consultant or Business Consultant
Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Dynamics 365 Sales
Understanding of sales, customer and CRM processes
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform
Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience in requirements analysis and process optimisation
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Confident appearance towards customers and departments
Enjoyment in communicating technical solutions clearly
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
